Here you can download the latest version of the Joaktree component for viewing genealogical data in Joomla! 1.7 and 2.5. The installation is described in the manual.

The current version is v1.4.0 (date: January 28, 2012).

There are two zip-file for you to choose from.

1. For installing Joaktree for the first time;
2. For upgrading from versions v1.3.3 to version v1.4.0

The following extensions exist for component version 1.4.0.

• Search plugin for searching in names and notes in your genealogical data.
  (v1.3.1 is compatible with Joaktree component v1.3.x and v1.4.x).
• Module for showing related articles.
  (v1.3.3 is compatible with Joaktree component v1.3.x and v1.4.x)
• Module for showing historic events from your genealogical data.
  (v1.4.0 is compatible with Joaktree component v1.4.x)

Users of Joaktree created translation files for the following languages:

• French (last updated: 20 April 2011, compatible with v1.3.2 and lower versions)
• Dutch (last updated: 11 June 2011, compatible with v1.3.3 and lower versions)
• Swedish (last updated: 20 July 2011, compatible with v1.3.3 and lower versions)
• German (last updated: 15 July 2011, compatible with v1.3.3 and lower versions)
• Persian (last updated: 7 August 2011, compatible with v1.3.3 and lower versions)
